When your car gets into a wreck three days before the green flag drops, it might not be your weekend.
Bizarre scene at New Hampshire Motor Speedway today, as the rear lift gate on the Tri-Star Motorsports hauler bringing the No. 19 to the track peeled off the back of the truck. The gate and the car hit the ground, but thankfully there were no injuries. There is, as yet, no word on the damage to the car itself, but as anyone who’s seen a wreck at Talladega knows, you can’t drop a car from 10 feet in the air without a few repercussions.
